When you come home from work, the last thing you want to have to worry about is maintaining your car. That’s why so many people trust mechanics to do the work under the hood for them. We maintain a well-trained auto service and repair department that has only one goal in mind: making sure your Land Rover runs as efficiently as possible. Because we consider every Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover on the road to be a reflection of our dealership, we want to help you get the most out of every mile.

Achieving that goal means taking the time to know every model in the new 2018-2019 Land Rover lineup, as well as only utilizing parts that are approved by the OEM — the very same ones that were originally used to assemble your Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Sport, or Range Rover in the first place.

Complimentary 6-month Service Inspection for Land Rover Frisco customers

To best protect your investment, Land Rover Frisco offers a complimentary every 6-month interval inspection to ensure your vehicle is operating at optimal levels.

The severe heat and urban traffic can cause arduous driving conditions that require service beyond the factory recommended service intervals.

Visit with your Sales Guide, Service Advisor and Owner’s Manual for the Land Rover factory recommended service intervals for your specific Land Rover model.

LOANER VEHICLE AGREEMENT

As a benefit to Land Rover Frisco customers, complimentary loaner vehicles are available for any customer who has purchased their Land Rover from one of the Snell Motor Companies dealerships: Land Rover Austin, Land Rover Dallas, Land Rover Frisco, and Snell Select.

Land Rover Frisco makes every attempt to provide a loaner vehicle for each of our service clients when scheduling an appointment that cannot be performed in ninety minutes or less. The loaner vehicles provided may not be the equivalent model of the vehicle a customer is having serviced. For additional information, please call your service advisor at (888) 271-8581.

LOANER VEHICLE POLICIES

  • To accommodate all of our customers’ service needs, we require the loaner vehicles be returned within twelve business hours of notification that your vehicle’s service is complete. Customers not returning vehicles within twelve business hours will be assessed a $50-per-day late fee.
  • Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or you will be charged a refueling fee.
  • Maintain a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per day.
  • Please refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or placing pets in the vehicle. Customers will be charged for any damages to the vehicle.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and credit card must be presented to be eligible for a loaner vehicle.
  • Please be courteous when driving loaner vehicles – obey traffic laws, be responsible and respectful and pay all tolls.
  • To ensure your vehicle and paperwork are ready upon arrival, please call the service department at (888) 271-8581 to notify of your expected arrival time.

COLLISION REPAIR

  • Contact your insurance company for information regarding their rental/loaner car policy related to body damage.
Please understand that our loaner vehicle program is a dealer program offered by, and at the expense of, Snell Motor Companies. The exclusions are only so that we can best serve our customers. Land Rover Dallas reserves the right to discontinue loaner vehicle privileges to those violating the policies above, and terms of our Loaner Vehicle Policy are subject to change without notice.
